The buyer supplies oil-injected or oil-free intent, peak and average compressed air demand, required working pressure, duty cycle, ambient for any packaged dryer, electrical supply, cooling path, footprint, quantity and US destination. Optional budget with currency and per-unit or whole-order basis, and premium, mid-range, budget-friendly or compare labels, describe how you want bidders screened. They are not ratings this office has verified, and you do not need an existing quote to start.

Site readiness

The named manufacturer confirms delivered flow and package power at the stated working pressure, lists unloaded energy on the duty cycle, and states whether dryer and filtration performance at a named ambient are inside the offer. Installation, condensate piping, electrical landing, operator walkthrough and SAT logging remain open until the offer names them. FAT at the supplier and SAT with plant demand running belong to whoever the purchase order names.

Handover on this site means a written comparison of factory replies against the same brief. Sample run means the buyer’s representative demand window, not a shop no-load photograph. Site readiness means electrical, cooling, drains and footprint that the plant actually has. Owner acceptance is whatever the later purchase order names; it is not a service we perform.

Keep replacement geometry and new-pad geometry on separate lines
